John Todd

President and Chief Executive Officer
President and CEO, John Todd has more than 30 years experience in manufacturing software industry for aerospace customers. Prior to joining Intercim in 1998, John was Vice President, North America for Control Data Systems where he managed operations and business development from the corporate headquarters in Minneapolis.

John's previous experiences include progressive executive positions in technical consulting, sales and operations with Control Data and Structural Dynamics Research. At Structural Dynamics, John concentrated on PLM solutions for the Aerospace market based in Los Angeles.



Romain LaVault

Vice-President, Strategic Development

In his role as VP Strategic Development, Romain leads corporate strategy development and execution. As the former chief operating officer for Pertinence, Romain successfully developed the Aerospace & Defense market in Europe and was repeating that achievement in the US at the time of the Intercim-Pertinence merger. Romain began his career as an aerodynamics engineer at EADS Space Transportation then moved to Starsem, a Euro-Russian subsidiary of Arianespace, where he held positions in project and sales management.

Romain holds an MS in Engineering from Ecole Polytechnique (Paris, France), an MS in Aerospace Engineering from Supaero (Toulouse, France) and a Master in Management degree from Ecole Supérieure Commerce de Toulouse (Toulouse, France).


Steve Flohr

Vice President Operations
As Vice President of Operations, Steve oversees Intercim?s Professional Services, Corporate Quality, Corporate IT and Technical Support departments as well as the company?s offshore delivery team. In addition, Steve is also the executive liaison to Boeing 787 relating to the Dreamliner implementation efforts. Prior to joining Intercim, Steve spent more than 25 years working in software systems and technology. His background includes six years as general manager of US Operations for Control Data Systems and four years as General Manager of Marketing at Control Data Corporation. Steve also worked abroad serving as CEO of ICEM Systems GmbH, a Control Data ? Volkswagen joint venture that developed CAD-CAM 3D modeling software.

Steve earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering and a Masters degree in Structural Engineering from Purdue University.



Brian Hinchley

Chief Financial Officer
As Chief Financial Officer, Brian Hinchley is responsible for financial statements, forecasting and initiation of contracts. Brian also oversees Human Resources and Administration activities for Intercim worldwide. He has led the implementation of an ERP software program at Intercim and also manages
information processes.

Prior to joining Intercim in 1998, Brian was employed by Griffin Companies as Assistant Controller. At Griffin, Brian was responsible for financial statements, forecasting and asset management of several real estate portfolios throughout the United States.


 

Paul Meyer

Vice President of R&D

As Vice President of R&D, Paul oversees all aspects of product development and post release support. This includes two R&D centers in Paris and Eagan and the Customer Care organization that encompasses technical support.
Paul began his career at Intercim over 20 years ago. During this time he has held multiple positions at various levels of the organization. Paul started as an Applications Engineer working with customers on installations and implementation of Intercim product. He moved from there into product development then into Executive management leading the sales, consulting, and services organizations at various times in addition to the development organization.
Paul holds a Bachelors of Science degree from the University of Minnesota and is Intercim’s resident lean expert being trained in six sigma and the application of lean theory to all forms of processes.


Chuck Buckley

Vice President Business Development and Support

Chuck leads a team of professionals who are responsible for developing new business opportunities that support our client’s goals of manufacturing innovation, efficiency and cost controls.  Chuck was one of Intercim’s original founders in 1983.  As a key member of Intercim’s management team, Chuck has provided leadership in both business development and marketing.  In the late 1990’s, Chuck left Intercim and took on sales leadership roles for EDS and several high tech startup companies.  In ‘2007, Chuck returned to Intercim, and is applying his industry expertise to support Intercim’s growing client base.   

Chuck holds a BA from Rutgers University, and a MBA from Seton Hall University.



Yann d'Aramon

Chief Operating Officer EMEA

Yann d’Aramon is Chief Operating Officer at Intercim EMEA. In his role, Yann leads the presales and sales activities for the European market. Yann has an extensive experience of Sales in the IT industry and for more than 15 years focuses in growing business for software vendors. As General Manager, Yann had successfully developed the business at Pertinence in Europe at the time of the Intercim – Pertinence merger. Previously, Yann was at Brightrivers a company expert in process modelling and supply chain optimisation.
